"BMW Z4 Transformed with NASCAR V8 Engine for Hillclimb Domination"
Jimmy Giannoccaro, owner of G&H Transport in South Africa, has created a unique BMW Z4 by fitting a 5.7-liter Nascar V8 engine under the hood. The car underwent extensive modifications, including a sequential gearbox, upgraded brakes, and the conversion from carburetors to fuel injection. It now features luxuries like traction control, ABS, and launch control. With around 590 horsepower and 468 pound-feet of torque, the Z4 is limited to 7,500 rpm but has a target of 9,000 rpm in the future. The car also sports a genuine GT3 body kit, making it the first in South Africa with such an appearance.
