Two adults have died and dozens of people, including students, were injured after a charter bus carrying members of a high school band crashed on Interstate 84 in Orange County, New York. The bus, part of a six-bus convoy, went down a steep embankment, possibly due to a flat tire. Initial reports indicate that at least 46 people were injured, with 5 to 6 students in critical condition. The accident is under investigation, and the road is expected to be closed for several hours.

A high school band director in Alabama was tased and arrested by police after he ignored their requests to stop his students' music performance at the end of a football game.
