Rare Whiskey Lottery: Thousands of Bottles Available through Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board is holding a limited-release lottery for 3,919 bottles of rare whiskeys until May 5, 2023. There are 11 products featured, and buyers can opt in to one, several, or all of the drawings. Winners will be named the week of May 8, and purchase is limited to one bottle per participant. The PLCB holds these lotteries to more equitably distribute limited-availability, high-demand products.
