Steve Carell, known for his role in "The Office," will make his Broadway debut in a revival of Chekhov's "Uncle Vanya" next spring. The production, featuring a cast of television, film, and stage veterans, will begin performances on April 2 at Lincoln Center Theater's Vivian Beaumont Theater. This will be the 11th production of "Uncle Vanya" on Broadway and will be based on a new translation by Heidi Schreck. Carell will play the long-suffering administrator of a country estate, alongside Alison Pill and William Jackson Harper.
