Kimy Aguirre, a mother of five and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, created a healthy, all-natural doughnut brand called Doatnut using oats, sweet potato, monk fruit, and egg whites. After gaining popularity and appearing on 'Shark Tank,' she secured a $200,000 investment from Lori Greiner and Mark Cuban to expand her business nationwide and launch an online subscription service.
