The league office and teams are 50% diverse, and there are currently six minority head coaches. Additionally, there was no discussion about approving Tom Brady's offer to purchase a percentage of the Las Vegas Raiders, and the league recently changed its gambling policy to increase penalties for betting on the NFL.
