The driver of a concrete truck involved in a fatal school bus crash in Bastrop County, Texas, admitted to consuming cocaine the morning of the collision, according to court documents. The crash resulted in at least two fatalities and multiple injuries, including 5-year-old Ulises Rodriguez Montoya and 33-year-old Ryan Wallace. The driver, 42-year-old Jerry Hernandez, also admitted to smoking marijuana the night before and getting only three hours of sleep. A Hays CISD school bus involved in a rollover crash did not have seat belts, resulting in the death of one child and injuries to at least 10 others.
