The driver of a concrete truck involved in a fatal school bus crash in Bastrop County, Texas, admitted to consuming cocaine the morning of the collision, according to court documents. The crash resulted in at least two fatalities and multiple injuries, including 5-year-old Ulises Rodriguez Montoya and 33-year-old Ryan Wallace. The driver, 42-year-old Jerry Hernandez, also admitted to smoking marijuana the night before and getting only three hours of sleep. Charges have not yet been filed, and the crash investigation is ongoing.
