Mikala Jones, a renowned Hawaii surfer known for capturing breathtaking photos and videos from inside massive waves, has tragically passed away at the age of 44 following a surfing accident in Indonesia. Jones, who had a passion for taking pictures of himself while riding waves, suffered a severe injury when his surfboard fin cut his femoral artery. Despite his father's efforts to encourage safety precautions, Jones continued to pursue his artistry in the surfing community. He leaves behind his wife and two daughters.
