Garrett Warren, 13, was witnessed pushing Alfa Barrie, 11, into the Harlem River before slipping and falling in himself, according to police sources. Barrie's body was found in the Hudson River, while Warren's body was pulled from the Harlem River. The medical examiner ruled Warren's death as accidental drowning, but the cause of Barrie's death is still under investigation. The NYPD searched for the boys in the Harlem River after receiving 911 calls, but did not find them. The incident was captured on surveillance video.
