Decades Later: Michael Monroe Meets Vince Neil After Fatal Car Crash
Hanoi Rocks frontman Michael Monroe and Mötley Crüe singer Vince Neil met for the first time backstage at Finland's Rockfest 2023 festival, 39 years after Neil was involved in a car crash that killed Hanoi Rocks drummer Razzle. Monroe called the encounter "one of the most important moments of my life." The tragedy spelled the end for Hanoi Rocks, who split up in 1985 after a brief, ill-fated overseas tour.
