T-Mobile customers can now make hands-free calls with Alexa-enabled devices.
T-Mobile customers can now make and receive hands-free Wi-Fi calls through Alexa-enabled devices like Echo Dot or Echo Show. To get started, customers need to enable the T-Mobile with Alexa skill from the Alexa Skills store and link their number. After setup, calling will be available on all Alexa-enabled devices linked to the account. Prepaid, business, government, and Sprint accounts are not eligible for this service.
