Handicap scooter rider injured in Tyler loop wreck.
A man driving a four-wheel handicap scooter was hit by a pickup on Loop 323 in Smith County, Texas. The man was taken to a Tyler hospital but is expected to be okay. The man was traveling with a dog who did not appear to need medical attention.
