
Ukrainian Village Council Member's Grenade Attack Injures 26
A village council member in western Ukraine detonated three hand grenades during a meeting, critically injuring himself and at least two dozen other people. The man, identified as Serhii Batryn, a council member belonging to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's party, threw the grenades on the floor in front of him. 26 people were injured, six critically, and the motive behind the attack is still unknown.
