Gene Haas will continue his involvement in NASCAR with the new Haas Factory Team starting in 2025, following the closure of Stewart-Haas Racing. The new team will retain one Cup Series charter and continue its two-car Xfinity Series program. Joe Custer will serve as president, and the team will operate from the existing Stewart-Haas Racing facility.
Gene Haas announced he will continue in NASCAR with the Haas Factory Team, a rebranded two-car NASCAR Xfinity Series team and a single Cup charter, following the dissolution of Stewart-Haas Racing at the end of the 2024 season. The new team will operate out of the existing Stewart-Haas facility in Kannapolis, North Carolina, with Joe Custer continuing as president. Driver lineups and team partners will be announced later.
