Uvalde Families Sue Meta, Gunmaker, and 'Call of Duty' Publisher
Families of the Uvalde school shooting victims are suing Meta, Activision, and gunmaker Daniel Defense, claiming these companies promoted dangerous weapons and violent video games to vulnerable young men, including the 18-year-old gunman. The lawsuits argue that these companies "groomed" the shooter by exposing him to violent content and marketing firearms, contributing to the tragic attack that killed 19 children and two teachers.
