Sergio Garcia Rejoins DP World Tour to Boost Ryder Cup Hopes
Sergio Garcia has applied to rejoin the DP World Tour, aiming to regain eligibility for the 2025 Ryder Cup. After resigning from the tour in May 2023 and joining LIV Golf, Garcia plans to pay over 1 million euros in fines and serve a suspension to meet the tour's requirements. If he competes in at least four tournaments next season, he will be eligible for the Ryder Cup. Garcia, who has a strong Ryder Cup history, recently finished third in LIV Golf's individual standings.
