The Washington Post has announced its 2023 All-Met team for girls' lacrosse, featuring top high school players from the Washington D.C. area. Hannah Rudolph of Good Counsel was named Player of the Year after leading her team to a second straight WCAC championship. The first team includes standout players from Glenelg Country, Georgetown Visitation, Marriotts Ridge, Broadneck, Severna Park, St. Stephen's/St. Agnes, Dominion, Glenelg, Paul VI, Stone Ridge, and Oakton. Rich Hayden of Paul VI was named Coach of the Year.
