Detroit Lions bolster offensive line with Germain Ifedi signing.

The Detroit Lions have reportedly signed veteran offensive lineman Germain Ifedi, who has started 83 games across seven seasons at right tackle and right guard. Ifedi, a former first-round pick out of Texas A&M in 2016, spent his first four seasons with the Seattle Seahawks, then played two for the Chicago Bears and most recently with the Atlanta Falcons. The Lions have one of the deeper offensive lines in the league, but lack enviable depth at tackle past their top names, making Ifedi a valuable addition to their depth tackle situation.
