Cats rally past Vols, Pope drenched in celebration after huge road win
Kentucky erased a 17-point deficit to beat No. 24 Tennessee 80-78 in Knoxville, extending UK’s streak of road wins against the Vols to four years. After the buzzer, a benches-clearing scuffle broke out involving Otega Oweh and Jaylen Carey, with teammates defending one another; Mark Pope sprinted in to break up the skirmish. Back in the locker room, Pope was drenched with water in a celebratory Gatorade shower captured on social media.
