Colorado Wildfires Continue to Spread and Threaten Communities.

The Spring Creek Fire in Garfield County, Colorado, rapidly spread to around 3,000 acres on Monday afternoon during a Red Flag Warning. The fire began on Saturday and remained at around 200 acres during the morning. More than 150 crew members and aviation resources were already responding to the fire prior to the massive growth in the burn. No residential or commercial areas were reported to be in danger, and no evacuations were in place as of Monday night.
