A commercial building purchased by celebrity couple Rain and Kim Tae Hee in Gangnam for 92 billion KRW is reportedly still empty and without a buyer. The couple allegedly put it back out in the market for sale just one year later for 140 billion KRW, but took back their offers when buyers did not appear. Netizens speculate that the couple's monthly loan payments for the building could be around 200 million KRW. Real estate experts say the asking price is not realistic for average buyers.
