Former New York police officer Nicholas Tartaglione has been convicted of a quadruple murder in 2016, which authorities described as a "gangland-style" execution. Tartaglione, who was a cellmate of Jeffrey Epstein, faces a possible sentence of life behind bars. He was convicted of luring one of the victims to a deadly trap before torturing and strangling him with a zip tie. He then forced the other three men to kneel before fatally shooting them and burying them in a mass grave on his property. Tartaglione's lawyers said he had nothing to do with the killings and plan to appeal the verdict.
