The suspects, Talan Renner, William Owen Hines, Talyn Vigil, and Dominic Turner, were indicted, with Hines facing additional aggravated assault charges. Soelberg revealed the suspects' prior interactions with law enforcement, including multiple arrests and incidents related to teen violence. The department is actively investigating 12 cases of teen violence and continuing the gang investigation known as the "Gilbert Goons" following Lord's death, which has led to charges against 13 adults and seven minors.
