Samsung's Ambitious Roadmap: Smaller Galaxy S Ultra to Challenge iPhone Pro
Samsung is rumored to be considering the launch of a smaller Galaxy S Ultra phone to compete with Apple's iPhone Pro models. The compact phone would offer high-end specifications in a smaller form factor, potentially joining the Galaxy FE lineup. However, as an FE-branded phone, it may not feature the same level of camera capabilities as the Galaxy S Ultra. Additionally, Samsung is said to be planning a design overhaul for its smartphones starting with the Galaxy S26 series, and may also reduce the number of phones in its Galaxy A series. Furthermore, there are reports of Samsung working on a cheaper Galaxy Z Fold phone, with one prototype lacking an external screen and potentially leading to the discontinuation of the Galaxy Z Flip series.
