Adele revealed during her Vegas show that she's battling a fungal skin infection, known as jock itch, caused by sweating in her Spanx while performing under the hot lights. The singer explained that her doctor had informed her about the infection and that she had to squirt it on herself like an athlete. Adele also spoke about her nerves at returning after a three-month break and her recent vacation with girlfriends in Miami. She previously said that her Las Vegas residency had "brought me back to life."
