Bluetooth Hack Enables Thief to Steal 800 Gallons of Gas

A thief in Michigan used the Bluetooth feature on a cellphone to hack into a fuel station pump and stole approximately 800 gallons of gas worth $3,000. By overriding the system, the thief was able to open the pump for themselves and other vehicles to freely pump gas. Authorities are currently searching for the alleged thief, while fuel station owners are taking precautions to prevent further incidents of hacking and gas theft.

Deadly Explosions Rock Romania Fuel Station, Leaving Multiple Injured

One person has died and 46 others have been injured, including 26 firefighters, after two explosions at a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) station near Bucharest, Romania. At least eight of the injured have suffered severe burns, and four will be sent to hospitals abroad. Authorities have evacuated people within a 700-meter radius due to the risk of another explosion. Romania's President has called for an urgent investigation to determine if any rules were broken and to prevent similar tragedies in the future.
