Tragedy strikes California's Kings River as two children lose their lives.
Two children, an eight-year-old girl and a four-year-old boy, were swept away by fast-moving water in California's Kings River on Sunday afternoon. The girl was found after an hour of searching, while the boy's body was recovered on Monday morning. The family was having an outing at the river, and were somewhere they should not have been when the children were swept away. The Kings River is currently flowing at 13,000 Cubic Feet per Second (CFS).
