Ohio State Spring Scrimmage: Offense Prevails, Quarterbacks Improve Late, Day Reviews Performance.
Ohio State's first spring scrimmage ended with the offense narrowly defeating the defense 102-100. Quarterbacks Kyle McCord and Devin Brown split reps equally with the first- and second-team offenses, with both starting slow but improving as practice progressed. The defensive line impressed head coach Ryan Day, while the freshman wide receivers showed promise. The offensive line remains in flux, and the team has work to do to find five linemen they're fully confident in.
