Taylor Swift defended a fan who was having trouble with a security guard during her Eras Tour show in Philadelphia and later offered the fan free tickets. The incident was captured on video and went viral on social media. The fan, Kelly Inglis, explained that the guard was constantly telling them not to touch the rail and was on top of them every time they did anything. Swift noticed and told the guard to stop. Inglis wasn't the only fan to go viral from the Philadelphia shows, as 62-year-old Maureen Gregory was seen with 81 pages of printed-out Swift lyrics.
