Andy Cohen responded to Heidi Montag's mention of him in a recent interview, explaining why she isn't part of the Real Housewives franchise. Cohen stated that he doesn't know Heidi and her husband Spencer, and doesn't have much knowledge of them from their previous show, Laguna Beach. He also mentioned that it would be weird for them to join the Housewives franchise because they are strongly associated with another show and network, similar to how it would be odd for Snooki from Jersey Shore to join. Cohen clarified that his decision had nothing to do with being a fan of Lauren Conrad, as speculated.
