
Four Dead After Stabbing Near Tacoma, Suspect Fatally Shot by Deputy
A 32-year-old man stabbed four people outside a home on the Key Peninsula near Tacoma, Washington; a sheriff’s deputy fatally shot the suspect, who had been served but not yet served with a no-contact order. Three victims died at the scene and a fourth succumbed later. The deputy arrived around 9:30 a.m. about 52 minutes after the 911 call; authorities say there is no ongoing threat to the public and the relationships between those involved are not yet known.
