Five players from the Netherlands squad, including Matthijs de Ligt and Cody Gakpo, have been sent home after contracting the flu virus ahead of their European Championship qualifier against France. Coach Ronald Koeman has called up three replacements but has not ruled out the possibility of more players dropping out. The sick players could still return for the Netherlands' qualifier against Gibraltar on Tuesday.
