The No. 2-seeded OU softball team will face No. 4 Florida in the semifinals of the Women's College World Series at 1 p.m. CT on Tuesday at Devon Park in Oklahoma City. The game will be broadcast on ESPN and streamed on ESPN+. The winner will advance to the championship series against No. 1 Texas.
Alabama's softball season ended with a 6-4 loss to Florida in the Women's College World Series. Despite strong performances from Marlie Giles and Riley Valentine, Alabama couldn't overcome Florida's explosive offense. The Crimson Tide's pitchers struggled, giving up 10 hits, and a three-run homer by Florida's Jocelyn Erickson sealed the game. Alabama was eliminated from the double-elimination tournament after also losing to UCLA.

Senior Rylee Trlicek's strong relief performance in the circle and Charla Echols' five RBI, including a home run and bases-clearing double, led the Gators to victory. Sarah Longley also hit a three-run home run. The series finale is set for 1 p.m. ET on SEC Network+.
