Qualcomm has introduced the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor, designed for higher mid-range and flagship killer smartphones, featuring on-device AI processing, Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, and a Cortex-X4 CPU core. The processor, fabricated on TSMC's 4nm process node, offers improved CPU and GPU performance, supports up to 24GB LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, and includes advanced camera features. It also boasts the Snapdragon X63 5G modem, FastConnect 7800 for Wi-Fi 7 support, and Quick Charge 5 for fast charging. Expected to be used in phones priced between $400-$600, it is likely to be popular in China, India, and Southeast Asian countries.
