West Palm Beach Welcomes New Affordable Housing Complex
West Palm Beach has completed the construction of Flagler Station, the first new affordable downtown apartments in 30 years. The $33 million project offers 94 apartments with rents ranging from $393 to $1,689, reserved for residents earning no more than 30-80% of the area's median income. The complex includes amenities such as a rooftop pool, fitness center, and on-site parking. Officials hope this development will alleviate the housing crisis in the area, where the demand for affordable housing is high.
