Francesca Scorsese, daughter of Martin Scorsese, talks about her short film "Fish Out of Water" at Cannes. The film follows a daughter reconnecting with her estranged father and her increasingly unwell mother, which is inspired by her own experiences of caretaking for her mother who has Parkinson's. Although her father was supportive, she was nervous to show the film to her mother due to the depiction of the mother character's illness.
