Arrest made in Walmart parking lot shooting
The Manor Police Department in Texas has arrested Juan Acuna-Goana, 25, in connection with the shooting and killing of Luis Frias-Hernandez, 19, in the Walmart parking lot. Acuna-Goana was taken into custody without incident and is facing a first-degree felony murder charge.
