Nintendo Switch 2 adds Handheld Mode Boost for TV-like visuals
Nintendo Switch 2’s firmware update 22.0.0 introduces Handheld Mode Boost, letting compatible Switch games run in handheld mode as if in TV Mode to improve visuals (handheld resolution can reach 1080p vs 720p on older handhelds).
