PlayStation studio Firesprite is accused of fostering a toxic workplace culture, with allegations of sexual discrimination and ageism against two senior leaders from Sony support studio XDev resulting in 13 grievance complaints. Sony's internal investigation reportedly found these claims to be a "misunderstanding".
