Apple's iOS 18.2 Enhances AirTag Location Sharing for Easier Luggage Tracking
Apple has announced a new feature in iOS 18.2 that allows users to share an AirTag's location with trusted individuals and airlines, aiding in the recovery of lost luggage. Over 15 airlines, including Delta and United, will adopt this feature, which integrates into their customer service processes. The feature ensures privacy by requiring authentication and limits access to shared location links. It will be available with the release of iOS 18.2 in December.
