UNLV campus assault leads to felony battery charge.

Robert Kaiser, 46, has been arrested on charges of felony battery by strangulation, false imprisonment, battery, assault, and trespassing in connection with an assault on a woman in a bathroom on the UNLV campus. The victim reported that she was accosted by an unknown male subject, but did not sustain serious injuries. Kaiser was apprehended by officers on Sunday and is currently in custody.
