Federal property truck incident leads to Sacramento street closures and arrests.

A semi-cab parked on federal property near the Robert T. Matsui U.S. Courthouse in Sacramento led to street closures as the driver refused to move the vehicle. Crisis negotiators with the Sacramento Police Department spoke to the driver who agreed to exit his vehicle and was detained by U.S. Marshals Service. The FBI is interviewing the driver and charges have yet to be determined. Fifth street between H street and I street will remain closed but other previously closed streets will reopen.
