A Frontier Airlines passenger, Dulce Huertas, faces charges of simple assault, interference with a flight crew, and indecent exposure after allegedly pulling down her pants and threatening to kill fellow passengers when she was not allowed to use the bathroom during landing. The 60-year-old's behavior, which included squatting in the aisle "as if to urinate," was detailed in an FBI affidavit. If found guilty, she could face up to 21 years in prison.
