A lawsuit over the KOTOR 2 Switch port revealed that Aspyr argued the fan-made Restored Content mod, which the missing DLC was based on, had no economic value because it was free and community-created. The case involved various claims, including misadvertisement and internal disputes, but was settled earlier this year.
