Western Kentucky football players celebrate their comeback victory in the Famous Toastery Bowl by tossing toast in the air. After trailing 28-0, the Hilltoppers rallied to force overtime and defeat Old Dominion 38-35. Quarterback Caden Veltkamp had five touchdown passes, including three in the fourth quarter, while wide receiver Dalvin Smith and Jimmy Holiday made key contributions. The game, originally scheduled as the Bahamas Bowl, was relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina. Western Kentucky has now won three consecutive bowl games and four of their last five appearances.
