A 12-year-old boy named Daniel Beiler from New Providence Township in Lancaster County died after a falling tree caused a traumatic head injury. The incident occurred around 4 p.m. on Sawmill Road in Providence Township during severe thunderstorms. The Lancaster County coroner ruled the death as accidental, and Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the accident.
