A Tik Tok user has accused SeatGeek of allowing her to buy fake tickets to a Taylor Swift concert from its website and confirming they were validated. The company denied the claim, stating that the tickets were not purchased through its site. The user flew from Florida with her two children to see the pop star perform at the Met Life stadium in New Jersey but was denied entry because the tickets weren't real. Other fans were also reportedly denied entry after spending $300 each on fake tickets.
