Galaxy Z Flip 7 to Feature Exynos Chip, Marking Major Shift
Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 7 may feature the Exynos 2500 chipset instead of the expected Snapdragon processor, which could be seen as a downgrade. Initially developed for the Galaxy S25, the Exynos 2500's production issues have reportedly improved, allowing its use in the Z Flip 7. However, if the Exynos 2500 doesn't match the Snapdragon 8 Elite's performance, especially in thermal and battery efficiency, it could lead to customer dissatisfaction. The Z Flip 7 is expected in the second half of next year.
