NVIDIA's upcoming GeForce RTX 5090 and the China-exclusive RTX 5090D are rumored to have identical GPU configurations and clock speeds, despite the latter being designed to comply with US export regulations. Unlike the RTX 4090D, which had reduced specs, the RTX 5090D is expected to maintain the same core setup as the global variant. Both models are anticipated to feature 21760 cores and 32 GB of GDDR7 memory, with a launch expected in January 2025.
