Gwyneth Paltrow's Ski Crash Trial: Experts and Physics Support Her Version.
Gwyneth Paltrow's defence team is expected to rely mostly on expert witnesses as the trial over a 2016 ski collision nears its end. The plaintiff, Terry Sanderson, is suing Paltrow for more than $300,000, alleging that her recklessness caused the crash. Paltrow has countersued for a symbolic $1 and attorney fees, alleging Sanderson veered into her from behind. Both sides have spared little expense to ensure they have a roster of expert witnesses on call. The trial is expected to end on Thursday or Friday after closing arguments.
